Do You Still
Have Questions?

What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is the specific methodology this program is built on — created by Marisa Peer, combining principles from hypnotherapy, neuroscience, and cognitive behavioral techniques to find and resolve the root cause of a pattern, and install a change that lasts, often in a single extended session.

Is this hypnosis? Will I lose control?

Hypnotherapy is part of the methodology — but not the version you're picturing. No stage hypnosis, no swinging pendulum, no loss of control. Instead, it's a guided, deeply relaxed state of focused attention, used methodically to access the subconscious pattern driving a behavior. You remain fully aware throughout, and you won't say or do anything against your will. This state is similar to the brain state you achieve while driving a familiar road or while watching movies. Most of what actually drives behavior — habits, reflexive reactions, automatic beliefs — runs below conscious awareness. Our work isn't about losing control; it's about quieting the conscious, analytical processing enough for us to work directly with that automatic layer, instead of just talking about it.

Is this medical treatment or psychotherapy?

No. This is not the practice of medicine, psychiatry, or psychology, and there's no doctor-patient relationship — even though Dr. Das is a physician. If you're currently under psychiatric or medical care, we encourage you to keep that care in place alongside this work.

Is this therapy or coaching?

Neither, exactly — and that's the point. The NCS combines the in-depth pattern change with the structure and accountability of executive coaching: a defined engagement, measurable follow-through, and a guarantee. You get the rigor without the multi-year timeline, and the structure without a surface-level fix.

How confidential is this, really?

Fully. What you share in session stays with you and Dr. Das. If your engagement was referred by an employer or fund, they receive nothing about the content of your work — not notes, not a summary, not a progress report. See our full confidentiality policy for the specific exceptions required by law.

What actually happens in a Transformation Session?

You remain conscious and in control throughout. It's a deeply relaxed, focused state — not stage hypnosis, and you won't say or do anything against your will. Dr. Das guides you back to the root memory driving the pattern, then works directly at that root — not a conversation about the problem, an intervention on it. You'll leave with a bespoke recording to reinforce the change.
